Tamara Nahal is researching the design, cultural, economic and social factors that go into creating Toronto’s great streets.
Tamara is a graduate of the Masters of Urban Development program at Ryerson University. She has a background in public policy and communications. Her interests include active transportation, public transit, and public space. Previously, she led a cycling advocacy group at her alma mater, Carleton University, where she completed her Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management. She has also worked in campus planning at Ryerson University’s Facilities Management & Development department, where she focused her work on cycling and transportation.
