Jim Baird, is the Commissioner of Development Services, City of Markham, Ontario. His portfolio includes Planning and Urban Design, Engineering, Building Services and Economic Development.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson Polytechnic University (1980), and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from York University (1988). He is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, and is a Registered Professional Planner.
